Mr. S. Pathy is a commerce graduate and has more than 45 years of experience in the field of Textiles and Textile Machinery.

He is the Trustee and President of the Kuppuswamy Naidu Charity Trust for Education and Medical Relief. He holds directorship on the Board of Lakshmi Machine Works Limited, and is the Vice-Chairman of Lakshmi Card Clothing Mfg Co. Pvt Ltd.

Mr. R. Gopinath is an MBA graduate from Pennsylvania State University and did his B.S in Textile Management and Marketing from Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science.

He has a vast experience in the field of textiles. His business interest is Digital Marketing, Product Innovation, Value Creation, Manufacturing and Engineering. His personal interests are nature and wildlife photography, automotives, golf, cycling and fitness.

Mr. R. Jagadish Chandran is a textile graduate and has more than 53 years in the field of Textiles.

He is the Chairman of Premier Mills Private Limited, headquartered in Coimbatore with a dedicated workforce of over 5000 employees. He is the former Chairman of South India Mills Association.

Mr. Vijay Mohan, born in 1947 is an engineer by profession. After obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1969 from the erstwhile Madras University, he obtained a Master of Management Sciences Degree from USA in 1972.

In 1974 he founded Pricol Limited, an automotive component ancillary, in Coimbatore. Over years it has grown and has operations in Coimbatore, Gurugram, Pune & Pant Nagar in Uttarkhand state, employing nearly 6000 people. Pricol Limited is the leading manufacturer & supplier of items like Instrument Clusters, Sensors, Oil Pumps, Valves & Telematics to a number of vehicle makers in India.

Mr. Sanjay Jayavarthanavelu, an MBA graduate from Philadelphia University, USA, is the Chairman and Managing Director of Lakshmi Machine Works Ltd., Coimbatore.

LMW is one of the three leading Textile Machinery Manufacturers in the world, manufacturing the complete range of textile spinning machinery. LMW’s other major businesses are CNC Machine Tool Manufacturing, Foundry Business & an advanced technology centre to manufacture components for the Aerospace Industry. He is the former Chairman of the Southern Regional Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is the Chairman of the Council of Administration of SITRA and the Chairman of the Uyir Trust, Coimbatore. Mr. Sanjay is also the Chairman of Coimbatore Masonic Charity Trust.

Dr. Jairam Varadaraj is the Managing Director of Elgi Equipments Ltd. and Board Member of Elgi Ultra Industries Ltd., Elgi Rubber Co., Magna Electro Castings, Precot Meridian Ltd. and Thermax Ltd.

Dr. Varadaraj is a third-generation entrepreneur from the illustrious business family of LRG Naidu. For nearly 30 years, Dr. Varadaraj has led and guided the organisation’s business interests in textiles, polymers, mechanical machines and consumer appliances. Prior to this, he was engaged in teaching and research in the United States.

Dr. Varadaraj is the former Chairman of the Tamil Nadu State Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and a former member of the Southern Region Council of CII. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from George Washington University, USA, and a PhD in International Business from the University of Michigan, USA. He also enjoys the distinction of holding four patents in the fields of compressors, drive belts, consumer appliances and food manufacturing.

Mr. Aditya Krishna Pathy is the Deputy Managing Director of The Lakshmi Mills Company Limited, a textile manufacturing company that produces yarns and fabric.

He graduated in Business and Management (BA) from the university of Exeter, United Kingdom. Additionally, Aditya Krishna Pathy is also the chief Strategy Officer of Rajshree Sugars and Chemicals. RSCL is diversified sugar company, which produces sugar, cogeneration of power and ethanol. He is a Director on the board of Lakshmi Card Clothing Manufacturing Company Private Limited since the year 2008.

Mr. Ashwin Chandran is the Chairman & Managing Director of Precot Limited, Coimbatore. B.Sc. (Hons) in Textile Technology from UMIST, UK and an MBA from the University of Illinois, USA, Ashwin is the Chairman of the Southern Indian Mills Association and a member of the CITI Cotton Development and Research Association.
